After beginning its journey into the Swiss iGaming market in July 2021, expert slot developer Wazdan Ltd. has reinforced its presence in Switzerland, having partnered with land-based casino operator Grand Casino Kursaal Bern AG for its 7 Melons online interest.
According to the Malta-based firm, to start, the new alliance has seen 7melons.ch customers gain access to a 20-title selection of its player-favorite slots, including its wildly successful Hold the Jackpot game, Power of Gods: Hades. The Greek-mythology-inspired video slot was launched in September last year and offers a 5,000x max win.
As part of the deal, the operator’s customers in the Central European country will also be able to experience the supplier’s player engagement suite, including unique special features, such its trademarked Volatility Levels, and other player and casino-adjustable features.
Volatility Levels allows players to modify the size of their win and the frequency, when they choose. Selecting the high volatility option, increases the size of the win but they don’t occur as often, conversely, choosing the low volatility option
means more frequent but usually lower value wins.
Outside the Box:
“It’s an ambition of ours to have the best games on the market to keep our customers satisfied and attract more. With that in mind, we were adamant that we needed Wazdan’s games as part of our offering as they consistently bring something new to the table,” read a statement from Ludwig Nehls, Chief Executive Officer for 7 Melons.
Online Gambling Site:
In September 2020, Casinos Austria International’s Grand Casino Bern in Kursaal became the latest land-based casino in Switzerland to launch an online gambling website. Since that time, 7melons.ch has expanded its games lobby significantly, offering more than 350 online slot titles, including 15 Hold and Win and 25 Megaways games, as well as 
blackjack, roulette, baccarat, various poker products, and a substantial live casino portfolio. The online site really does have something for everyone.

Also commenting on the new partnership, Andrzej Hyla, Chief Commercial Officer for Wazdan, said they are “delighted” to see such a diverse selection of their innovative games to go live with 7 Melons.

After securing the necessary ISO 27001 certification, Wazdan made its Switzerland debut, partnering with Zürich-based operator Swiss Casinos for its Casino Zürichsee online casino in July 2021. Lauded at the time as a “another milestone,” the deal saw 15 of the provider’s best performers go live with the operator.
